ARRANGEMENTS AND SELECTIONS

Whether simple cremation or direct burial, we are here to take care of that but also so much more. We are here to offer a safe space to explore and discuss ideas for gatherings; from small and intimate to large and robust. If being at the beach, a local park or your own backyard feels best we have the experience and resources to coordinate and tend to the details. For others a golf course banquet, a library conference room or an open denominational setting is meaningful. With all the considerations sometimes it makes sense to have the help you need so you aren’t running around trying to pull it all together while juggling your job, the kids, the responsibilities of everyday life. When coupled with bereavement, the planning of an event or gathering can become so overwhelming, some people decide to postpone and eventually not to do anything at all. With WillowBridge our goal is not to decide how and what the gathering should look like, but to support you in having SOLUTIONS to the “all or nothing” spectrum.

General Price List

Cremation with Private Goodbye – $2,215

For an intimate family experience of being able to see their loved one and spend some quiet time before the cremation takes place. We offer a wide range of suitable viewing/cremation containers and urns for an additional charge. This package includes in addition to a simple cremation the following services:

  • Sanitize and basic preparation of deceased
  • Use of Facilities for Private Goodbye (12 people max – 45 mins)
  • Transfer of deceased to/from our care center

Cremation with Memorial / Celebration of Life – $3,215

There are many emotional and psychological benefits to dedicating a specific time and place to gather in order to acknowledge, honor and reflect on the aspects of those we love. This
complete package includes the services needed for direct cremation plus Tier 3 event planning, in addition to:

• Use of Facility for Gathering with Additional Service Director (2 hours – restrictions apply)
• Minimum Cremation Container and Basic Urn (value of $95 each)
• Treasured Essentials Memorial Package (value of $275)

Gathering for Family & Friends with Cremation to Follow – $3,280

For an inclusive experience of family & friends spending time to reflect, honor and visit before
the cremation takes place. If a funeral is desired, it can be added along with additional Tier
Planning. We offer a wide range of suitable cremation caskets for an additional charge. This
enhancement includes Tier 1 planning as well as the following in addition to the basic cremation:
• Embalming plus Dress, Grooming/Cosmetizing & Casketing
• Use of Facility for Gathering (2 hours – restrictions apply)
• Transfer to deceased to/from our care center

Traditional Veteran Graveside Service – $4,675

When the desire is to have family and/or friends present at the cemetery, this enhancement may be chosen. This package includes the basic professional services of director, transportation into care of the deceased, Tier 2 planning which includes coordination of military honor detail if eligible as well as the following:

• Embalming plus Dress, Grooming/Cosmetizing & Casketing
• Use of Staff & Equipment for Graveside Service
• Hearse
• Choice of Casket (value of $1595)

Use of Facility Only (cremation already took place) – $1,255

There are many emotional and psychological benefits to dedicating a specific time and place to gather in order to acknowledge, honor and reflect on the aspects of those we love. This selection covers the Basic Service Fees but additional elements can be added along with our Tier Planning. With a variety of elements and catering to consider that range in cost, you can be assured of the most meaningful gathering.

Sea Scattering Services

Ceremonies at sea offer family and friends the opportunity to gather and say goodbye during a
trip of approximately 1 ½ – 2 hours that departs off the coast of Orange County. The services
can be non-denominational or if a more religious format is desired we can assist in coordinating
a clergy person with our Tier 2 planning. All services include flowers, fruit/veggie tray, soda and
water.
  • Service Package for up to 10 guests $895
  • Service Package for up to 28 guests $1,195
  • Service Package for up to 48 guests $1,595
  • Specific coordinates and/or scattering locations may be at additional cost
