Two years ago my beloved husband passed away. Even though he’d been ill for sometime, his death came unexpectedly. I was grief stricken and dreading the arrangements I now had to face. My son-in-law suggested we call Khari Knight to assist with my husbands cremation.  Ms. Knight immediately made sure my husband was retrieved from the hospital for proper cremation. She worked with the hospital, made sure all the necessary paperwork was complete and assured me she would resolve any issues that might arise. She worked so efficiently, it eased much of my stress knowing my husband was not left at the hospital overnight.  The next morning she called me and let me know she could go to the cemetery with my daughter and I to assist in making the final arrangements. Although our cemetery was not where Ms. Knight worked, she accompanied us and reassured the cemetery staff that she was there to help me though a confusing and difficult time, not to interfere with them or their processes.  I thought that was very professional.

In the days following, she kept in touch and was very compassionate, making suggestions for things I wouldn’t have thought of in my time of grief, knowing exactly what was planned and needed for the service. She even brought  my husband’s ashes home to us the night before the service as we requested. Khari was a great help handling all the details from the flowers to arranging both the Elks and Air Force to be present at the service.   One of most beautiful parts of the service was a video she made That truly captured my husband and his life. I am touched by her insight and love.
Ms. Knight literally and figuratively held me and my family’s hand during our sad time. She gave us compassion and strength when we most needed it. I would recommend her to anyone planning a final arrangements as you work through your time of grief.

I would like to commend Khari Knight for her professionalism and care in handling the difficult details after the death of a loved one. In my grief, I almost began to make random calls, but then remembered the young woman who had so lovingly cared for my deceased son almost ten years earlier, Khari Knight. I contacted Ms. Knight and she basically took care of everything. It gave me great solace to know my husband was in her loving care. She is a beautiful human being, and I would recommend her to you in your time of need without hesitation.
