Loisanne Lovell Sage.

Loisanne Lovell Sage, beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend was called home to be with the Lord on July 9, 2023, of natural causes. She was preceded in passing by her husband Frederic H. Sage III, brother Dana Lovell and sister Jean Marie Baker.Loisanne was born on June 2, 1931, in Hanover, Massachusetts to Arthur and Irene Lovell. She attended elementary, Jr. High and high school in Hanover where she played several sports. Basketball was her favorite. Loisanne graduated from Fitchburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Shortly after graduating she moved with her sister Jean out to California and settled in the Oxnard/Ventura area. She quickly took up the sport of bowling and soon met the Love of her life, Frederic. They were married within 6 weeks, started a family and devotedly married 52 years before Frederic’s passing in September 2010. She cared for many as a dialysis nurse and school nurse throughout her career, retiring in 1981.
Loisanne is survived by her two sons Ted and Lee; daughters-in-laws Anna and Erika; grandchildren Ashley, Danielle, Marais, Danny, Kelsey, Jordan, Mathew and Christopher; great-grandchildren Mia, Makayla, Jenson, Olive, Harrison and 2 more arriving soon, her nephews Ron and Bob Baker, nieces Belinda Higgins, Liliana Lovell and her faithful dog and companion, Roscoe.
She is loved by all who knew her, and her joy and laughter will be forever missed and in our hearts.
