Francis J (Frank) Galloway, 94, died on April 14 2022 after a short illness. He was born and raised in Susquehanna PA to Mary (Shaughnessy) and Frank A Galloway. Frank received degrees from St Charles’s College in Catonsville MD and from St Mary’s Seminary in Baltimore MD. He also received his Doctor of Law degree from Georgetown University.
Frank began his long and proud career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in 1950. That career lasted from 1950 through 1980. Frank considered his colleagues at the Bureau as his second family. Frank proudly served in the US Army in Japan during the Korean war.
On April 8th 1961 he married the love of his life, the late Patricia McPartland. They met while both worked for the FBI. They spent 47 wonderful years together.
Frank was predeceased by his siblings and parents but is survived by many loving nieces and nephews who will miss him terribly. They attribute his longevity to his outlook on life, which was that of an eternal optimist.
